It’s never too late to start working on [your diet]. It starts off with something simple like kicking soda or cutting back on the Oreos. You just start to feel better a little at a time and go from there!

I just wanna start off by saying a massive thanks to everyone that's been supporting the daily push. I've been loving pushing out the content into the skate world recently and I've got no intention of slowing down. There are lots of big new things in progress!

 

I'm writing this because the time has come for me to pay the annual maintenance costs for the website and I wanted to ask for donations.
